Siheyuan: A Master Engineer Kicks He Yuzhu Out

In 1958, He Yuchen leaves military service with the [Great Nation Heavy Industry System] and is parachuted straight into the Red Star Steel Mill, becoming its youngest chief engineer!

The moment he steps into the courtyard at No. 95 Nanluogu Lane, he catches his own father, He Daqing, making off with all the family belongings to elope with Widow Bai!

He Yuchen doesn't waste a word. He locks the door, flashes his military ID and an official red-headed document, and says, “Want to elope? Fine! Leave your job, money, and ration coupons behind. Sign the deed cutting ties, then get out with nothing!”

He kicks his deadbeat father out from the start and takes charge of the He family. The beasts of the courtyard are completely panicked!

Yi Zhonghai tries to use his seniority to guilt-trip him? He slaps him with the label of “feudal thinking,” and the security office hauls him away for questioning!

Silly Zhu steals cafeteria lunchboxes to feed a widow? He beats him with a seven-wolf whip until he kneels and admits his mistake, then finds him a tough wife to cure his lovesick brain!

Qin Huairu puts on a pitiful act, hoping to bleed him dry? He Yuchen pulls out his pistol. “Get lost. You think you're fit to touch my things?”

While the beasts in the courtyard are still fighting tooth and nail over a pound of cornmeal, He Yuchen has already drawn plans for precision machine tools and alloy tanks. Riding in a leader's car, he steadily becomes a pillar of the nation, standing at the pinnacle of his era!

The beasts are completely stunned. “He Daqing, what kind of living Yama did you bring into the world?!”
