Reborn in Honghuang: I Refuse to Take a Master and Become a Sage on My Own

In his previous life, Pan Xuanhao joined the Taiqing Saint’s sect. He cultivated diligently for three thousand years and served his master with unwavering loyalty, only to be struck down and utterly destroyed when he uncovered a secret of the Heavenly Dao that was never meant to be revealed.

Reborn at the dawn of the Primordial World, he refuses an invitation from a disciple of the Heavenly Venerable Yuanshi to join their sect. He looks coldly at the lofty Saints: so-called Saints are merely puppets of the Heavenly Dao.

In this life, he will no longer kneel as he cultivates.

Deep within his primordial spirit lies a Chaos Bead that existed even before the creation of the world. It is a supreme treasure that transcends the Heavenly Dao and contains the complete Great Dao of Chaos.

He will not worship Hongjun, enter Zixiao Palace, or seek any Saint’s favor.

He will walk his own path, cultivate the Great Dao of Chaos, Prove Dao by Force, and become a Saint in his own right!

When lectures begin at Zixiao Palace and powerful beings from the Myriad Worlds gather to beg Hongjun to take them in, Pan Xuanhao is secluded in cultivation at Hidden Mist Mountain in the far north of the Primordial World. Everyone considers him an insignificant nobody.

Until one day, the Chaos Bead trembles, the Primordial World changes color, and the Heavenly Dao quakes:

A Saint who has never knelt before anyone emerges into the world.
