Honestly, the idea came from reading all kinds of quick transmigration novels. I imagined what it might be like, then wrote this.
The first volume focuses on Xian's journey to save himself. It has three parts: being reborn, dreaming, and coming to his senses. In each part, I chose a few important turning points in his life to write about. In the later volumes, the other characters save Xian while also saving themselves. Those stories will likewise focus only on the important moments in Xian's life.
But!!!
Don't worry, every story arc will show Xian enjoying all kinds of wonderful lives, and none of them will repeat. For example, if I decide that a noble family adopts him, and choose the Nie family, I won't write the same setup again later. So after the Nie family adopts Xian, I won't have the Wen, Lan, or Jiang families adopt him in another story.

The Jin and Jiang families are extremely unfriendly!!!!!
That's true of every story I write that involves The Untamed! It's the same when I occasionally write about the drama or the anime: the Jin and Jiang families are unfriendly!
Everything is in service of Xian.
