[Quiet rebel x clingy puppy]
The year Wen Shangruo graduated, she unexpectedly got together with Song Yuzhi, who had always claimed to be her older brother, after sharing a bottle of wine with an unknown origin.
But before that, she had just confessed to Han Shengyang.
She had told him she wanted to be with him.
But she didn’t want to hold him back from going to a good university. She wanted to explain, but she couldn’t reach him. And so the misunderstanding lasted for a full seven years.
It wasn’t until seven years later that she finally saw him again, and their story got back on track.
It all began on graduation night.
At first, she didn’t think much of it, but after a few bottles, her mind grew hazy and she became unusually “obedient.”
Song Yuzhi glanced at the little dog, Xiaosong, by his feet and raised an eyebrow. “Ashui, can you trot around the doorway twice? Then say, ‘Welcome back, Brother Song.’”
Wen Shangruo obediently did as she was told, though her voice was flat: “Welcome back, Brother Song.”
Song Yuzhi was mortified. Rallying himself, he said, “Can you trot around twice with a smile? Make your voice a little more excited and cheerful, then give me a hug.”
She did as she was told. He greedily buried his face in the crook of her neck, then coaxed her in a bewitching voice: “And... give me a kiss.”
Outside a university lecture hall, Jiang Lunxin blocks Song Yuzhi at the entrance.
Song Yuzhi is a proud man, but now someone is accusing him to his face of being a complete thief.
The entrance erupts into a commotion.
Wen Shangruo pushes through the crowd to stand beside him.
Jiang Lunxin asks suspiciously, “Who are you?”
“His girlfriend. Big brother, do you not go online?”
