Debut novel + transformation + no System + slow burn + gender transformation + adventure in an original Western fantasy world, with the protagonist changing from a human into a monster girl
The Age of the Creator
It all began with a mysterious being whom people simply called the “Creator.”
To ensure humanity’s survival in the world, he created the exceptionally gifted monster girls.
These demi-humans were collectively known as the “Ishmuti,” a name encompassing many completely different races.
Each race was endowed with a specific biological purpose. Some Ishmuti were invincible warriors, master weapon-makers, or wielders of spiritual power, while others were born as ordinary laborers and commoners. Still other races were born to be leaders, disease carriers, keepers of secrets, priests, and mighty overlords.
It is worth noting that all Ishmuti are female, a natural means of population control.
Warning! Ishmuti need humans to reproduce!
“So I have to give birth too?”
“Yes.”
“Which race?”
“All of them.”
The setting and subject matter are quite interesting, but the plot often deviates from the theme. For example, the abrupt insertion of a large tail-pulling scene in the scene of being kidnapped on the black market caused the tension created in the previous part to collapse, and even the character of the protagonist became dull. But overall it's worth seeing
The routine is old and stable, but the early rhythm is too weird, so it gets 4 stars. It's getting better later on, but there's no sign of it at the moment. If I can finish writing, I should get a score of 8/10, which should be stable.
I think it's quite interesting 🍉
