Cultivation: My Achievement System Is Broken

I transmigrated to a world of immortal cultivation. Others start with divine or sacred physiques; I start with: the third layer of Qi Refining, so poor I could piss blood, and a cultivation technique that leaks qi.

I awakened an Achievement System, but something about it seemed off.

Sorting medicinal herbs until my mind was on the verge of collapse unlocked the achievement [Green Spirit Grass Identification Expert]. Effect: Touch a plant and instantly know its age, faster than scanning a code.

Getting beaten all over the place by wooden training dummies in combat class unlocked the achievement [Meridian Insight]. Effect: See the nodes through which an opponent’s spiritual energy flows.

With a pile of bizarre achievements, I optimized cultivation techniques, taught myself alchemy, and studied formations under a master. Before I knew it, I was invincible among my peers.

But, big brother System, do I really have to get beaten up first?
