Journey to the West: Laying Low on Five Elements Mountain Until Buddha Begs Me to Leave

After transmigrating to Journey to the West, Sun Wukong finds himself pinned beneath the Five Elements Mountain by Tathagata, and the countdown to the pilgrimage begins! Faced with the schemes of all the gods and Buddhas, Sun Wukong immediately binds himself to the “God-Tier Daoist Temple System.” As long as he stays put beneath the Five Elements Mountain and refuses to come out, he can obtain innate treasures and supreme techniques without limit!

“Ding! Refuse Guanyin’s assignment, and receive the True Blood of the Chaos Demon Ape!”

“Ding! Flatly refuse to acknowledge Tang Sanzang as your master, and receive Primordial Purple Qi!”

Five hundred years later, the calamity of the pilgrimage arrives. Tang Sanzang comes to the foot of the mountain, and Sun Wukong backhands the Buddhist seal, sending it flying. “Get lost! I’m going to attain the Great Dao right here beneath the mountain!” Guanyin is stunned, and Tathagata panics. When the Buddhist sect resorts to any means necessary to force Sun Wukong out of the mountain, the Five Elements Mountain explodes. A Chaos Demon God, surpassing even the saints, shatters the Celestial Palace and tramples Mount Meru. “Since you insist on making Old Sun leave the mountain, then Old Sun will set the rules for this Journey to the West calamity!”
