Everyone in The Octonauts shares an unspoken rule for staying alive:
Annoy Captain Barnacles and, at worst, you'll get a talking-to. Annoy Kwazii the pirate and, at worst, he'll wave his paws at you a couple of times. But if you annoy Professor Inkling, you're done for.
Lili, the red fox artist who is usually gentle and soft-spoken and carries a sketchbook wherever she goes, will instantly bristle. Not even Captain Barnacles can stop her once she gets going.
Lili is a North American red fox, an artist who roams the deep sea, and a racer at the very top of her game across the oceans.
She walks without a sound and moves with agility. She can drift at full speed through the gaps in a coral reef and sketch terrain in the pitch-black deep sea with pinpoint accuracy, even where radar can't reach.
A sudden underwater storm brings her together with the Octonauts. Her hand-drawn route map saves the entire team from disaster, and the biologist Professor Inkling, whose eyes brim with starlight, finds his way into her drawings and, more deeply, into her heart.
From then on, he traverses the deep sea, telling her stories about every kind of marine life and collecting every rare mineral that could be made into pigment.
With a paintbrush in one hand and the steering wheel in the other, she paints all the wonders of the deep for him, shields him from every danger, and becomes his devoted protector forever.
"Professor Inkling, just keep exploring the ocean you love. I'll be here to weather every storm for you."
"My artist, you're the brightest light in my deep sea."
Content warning: The female lead is slightly stronger than the male lead, but Professor Inkling knows how to take care of people too. They care for each other in different ways. This is not a 4i relationship. The CP is Professor Inkling. (I'm a new writer, writing purely out of love for the story. Please don't flame me; I'm a sensitive soul.)
Very nice I hope the author will never stop updating
As a person who loves Xie Lingtong of "Undersea Column" very much, this book is not only the article of "Undersea Column" but also the cp article of Xie Lingtong. I sincerely hope that this book will get better and better.
