Song Wangshu is bullied at school because of her teenage acne and sharp teeth. Still, like a cactus growing wildly in a waterless desert, she draws the second female lead, Qin Xiaoxiao, and the male lead, Lu Zhaoci, closer to her. She finds redemption and grows as a person. After an unexpected encounter with a child with special needs named Xiaoyu, she also goes on to become an excellent pediatric speech therapist.
