Liu Xiang is a man born in the 1980s from Hunan. A small-time construction contractor, he once unearthed a bead by accident, only for it to strike him on the forehead and send him to the year 1932, during the Republican era! An old man living inside the bead taught him how to cultivate, and so began his legendary journey to save the nation and its people!
