This is the story of a deliveryman who delivers food in the world of Cthulhu, but finds that "delivering on time" is more difficult than saving the world.
Chen Duole, an ordinary social animal rider, received an order for milk tea to be delivered to an "unspeakable place" one day. The customer is an ancient god wearing yellow pajamas, and the customer is required to "sing "Love Sales" to open the door." From then on, his world completely went sideways.
He was forced to join the half-baked official organization "Anomalous Phenomenon Folklore Affairs Bureau" (referred to as Alien Bureau), codenamed "Are you hungry?" Daily tasks have changed from delivering meals to: helping Cthulhu care for his tentacles, using PPT to report to the sleeping god, holding weekly meetings in the ancient dreamland, and using "The Most Stunning National Style" to suppress the evil god in the square dancing aunt.
He discovered that the mysteries of this world exuded an absurd social atmosphere: the ancient gods were furious because of bad reviews, the sealing formations were set up on shared bicycles, and the taboo spell was "You just have to follow the plan." And his special ability is to be able to see the "instructions for use" of all things - including the ingredients of the ancient gods (70% chaos, 20% seafood, 10% typographical errors) and the remaining battery power of his colleagues.
When the "shadow of eternal overtime" envelopes the world, the ultimate crisis is not the coming of doomsday, but that all mankind is forced to write endless weekly reports. Chen Duole held the handle of the electric car tightly and glanced at the order: "Please deliver hope before destruction. Note: Add Bobo, not Pearl."
This is a story about confronting the void of the universe with five-star reviews, appeasing the Old Ones with off-key singing, and finding tiny meanings in absurd rules.
