Youth Double-Sided Mirror

The female protagonist went to deliver a cat nest she made to the stray cats in the park after school. She accidentally bumped into the male protagonist bandaging the wounds of the injured stray cat. The two died on the spot, breaking through the other's true personality that had been hidden for a long time, and were forced to share the same secret.
