Ten Thousand Beasts Devour the Heavens

Three hundred years after spiritual qi revival, the world has fallen, and only the Dragon Nation survives by relying on ancient martial arts. Demonic beasts occupy nine-tenths of the land, with colossal high-tier monsters looking down on all living things. Humanity is trapped in walled cities, refining ancient martial arts with the “beast essence” found in demonic beasts’ flesh and struggling to survive on the edge of life and death.

Lin Yue, a low-ranking soldier at the Shanghai Fortress, has mediocre talent. After three years of cultivation, he is still stuck at the basic level, and everyone sees him as a “good-for-nothing.” Then, during a sudden demonic beast attack, a strange stone from beyond the heavens strikes him as he lies on the verge of death, activating the “Myriad Beasts Hunting System.” Killing demonic beasts lets him devour their beast essence and instantly break through to a higher level. He can even draw a demonic beast’s talent, albeit with an extremely low chance.

From a useless first-rank warrior to an invincible ninth-rank powerhouse, he proves his Dao through slaughter. He builds his foundation by killing low-tier demonic beasts, hunts high-tier monsters to seize their talents, combines the powers of lightning, fire, and wind, and creates the fearsome “Myriad Beasts as One.”

He is coveted by powerful clans for the secret of his System and forced to compromise because of humanity’s political schemes, yet he never abandons his principles. He and Su Qing, a genius archer, go from mistrusting each other to relying on one another with their lives. Under the guidance of his spiritual mentor, Old Li, he learns what it means to protect others. And in his battles against the demonic beasts, he uncovers the shocking truth behind spiritual qi revival: an “extraterrestrial experiment.”

When a rift opens in the Antarctic abyss and an invincible being from another world, capable of devouring all energy, descends, Lin Yue leads humanity and the peace-minded demonic beasts into battle. Making himself a vessel for the talents and beast essence of countless beasts, he unleashes the ultimate strike: “Devour the Heavens with Myriad Beasts.”

“No one in this world has ever had the right to decide our fate.”

From avenger beneath the city walls to humanity’s protector, witness how Lin Yue wields the System as his blade and the myriad beasts as his fuel, carving a path to a new beginning for humanity in this beast-ravaged apocalypse!
