At the beginning of ancient times, heaven and earth were not divided, and they were as chaotic as chicken eggs. After Pangu created the world, his body turned into mountains and rivers, and his soul dispersed into stars all over the sky. And where heaven and earth are at peace, there is a divine palace born from chaos—Yunding Heavenly Palace.
Yunding Tiangong is not an extraordinary building, but a place of supreme Taoism condensed by the rules of heaven and earth. It is the source of all laws and the sect of all Taoism. Legend has it that whoever can step into the Yunding Heavenly Palace can understand the principles of heaven and earth, control the power of creation, and achieve the supreme path.
However, Yunding Tiangong is hidden in the nine heavens. It cannot be seen by those who are not destined to be there, and it cannot be reached by those who have great perseverance. For thousands of years, countless monks have spent their entire lives searching for the location of the Heavenly Palace, but all have failed.
In the ancient years, Fuxi, the first innate god in heaven and earth, awakened from chaos. He understood the great ways of heaven and earth under the Yunding Heavenly Palace, created the Eight Diagrams with supreme wisdom, determined the four directions, divided yin and yang, and established human relations. Fuxi is not only the ancestor of the human race, but also the ancestor of all Taoism. All cultivation methods in later generations can be traced back to the innate Bagua created by Fuxi.
During his thousand-year reign, Fuxi divided the world into four major continents: Dongshengshenzhou, Nanfanbuzhou, Xiniuhezhou, and Beijuluzhou. And the Dongyi tribe where he belongs is the most powerful force in Dongsheng Divine Continent.
Before Fuxi attained enlightenment and ascended to heaven, he left a prophecy:
"My Taoism is divided into three branches. The first is Yanhuang, which inherits my orthodoxy; the second is Chiyou, which inherits my fighting way; and the third is Queen Mother of the West, which inherits my profound way. The three branches come from the same source but have different currents. After ten thousand years, there will be a day to return to the sect. When the great catastrophe of heaven and earth comes, only the unity of the three branches can open the Yunding Heavenly Palace and overcome this disaster."
