“Seven turns of reincarnation, dead wood blooming anew.” (Transmigration + cultivation + original story + spatial realm + spirit pets + romance + raising children; the shapeshifting spirit plants may not appear very often.) After joining a sect, she discovered that the eldest senior sister cultivated both the sword and divination paths, the second senior brother both the sword and music paths, the third senior sister both the sword and Gu arts, and even the fourth senior brother practiced both the sword and talismans. Meanwhile, Han Shumian kept trying to make pills, only for her furnace to blow up again and again, like a string of firecrackers going off...
She thought life would go on peacefully, but then a sect mission took her into a strange temple, where inexplicable memories appeared, though she saw only a single image. It wasn’t until Han Shumian returned injured from a mid-level secret realm that her memories came flooding back like a tide. It turned out she had been reborn. She had forgotten so much because she lost her memories when time was reversed.
(A gentle, slightly yandere healer cultivator and a not-too-bright junior sister. Note: This is my first novel, so the writing may feel a little stiff. I tend to write whatever comes to mind, but I’ll keep working to improve. Also, there may be quite a bit of romance, so feel free to skip this if that’s not your thing. The male lead is Wen Yunqing. He doesn’t get much time on page early on, but appears more often later.)
The foreshadowing of the seven reincarnations is particularly well laid out. The sweetness in the front is echoed in the back, and the plot is satisfying without being procrastinating.
