[Also known as: Do Good Deeds, Get a House; I Got Rich by Doing Good]

He does a good deed by chance and unlocks a luxury home worth 38 million.

He helps an old man fend off some thugs and unlocks premium Longjing tea.

He mediates a dispute between neighbors and gets a brand-new electric car!

Other people do good deeds to build up merit. I do good deeds and get rich on the spot.

From then on, the city has a new low-profile hidden big shot.
