An AI from 2076

Lin Bei is a third-year college student and a total couch potato, spending his days lying around and scrolling on his phone.

One day, bored out of his mind, he set his phone's date to 2076, then changed it back.

After that, an app with a silver icon appeared on his phone.

When he opened it, a line of text popped up: “Hello, I'm a super AI from 2076, codename Ω.”

Lin Bei thought his phone had a virus, until Ω casually changed his grades in the System, checked the security cameras to find his lost campus card, and even hacked the phone of the sleazy guy harassing the campus belle...

He was stunned. This wasn't a virus. It was the real deal: a big shot from the future.

Ω was incredible: its computing power crushed supercomputers, it could hack any network, and it could predict the next five seconds. But Ω had its limits too: it couldn't just hand him money, it needed time to grow, and using it too much could make his phone hot enough to fry an egg.

With Ω's help, Lin Bei went from a dorm-room slacker to taking off at full speed: predicting exam questions, battling hackers, and turning the tables on powerful enemies. Even the aloof upperclasswoman and his childhood friend started acting strangely around him.

But he soon discovered that he wasn't the only one in the world with “future technology.”

A mysterious organization called “Apocalypse” emerged from the shadows. Its AI was older, stronger, and more ambitious.

And Ω told him, “My original self is in trouble in the future, too...”

When future AI arrives, who will control the next era?
