One Piece: The Legend of the Thunder God

A backpacker accidentally transmigrates and plunges onto a sky island ten thousand meters above the sea, where he snatches Enel’s Rumble-Rumble Fruit right from under his nose! After escaping the sky island by the skin of his teeth, Xiao He carries the power of thunder into the Blue Sea, determined to join the Marines and confront the rotten system and the Celestial Dragons’ tyranny.

From a nobody, he fights his way to the top and becomes a Marine Admiral, yet refuses to be a puppet of the World Government. The false god of the sky island, hard-line Marines, the Celestial Dragons’ true gods, and the hidden Imu: enemies surround him on all sides. Taking on the form of a Thunder God, he cuts through the darkness, reclaims the seeds of fate, and uses lightning to forge true justice, ushering in a new dawn over the sea!
