I Dreamed the CEO Was Going Bankrupt

On my first day at work, I dreamed that the company would go bankrupt in thirty days.

I dreamed my icy-faced boss would be pushed out to take the fall. His eyes were bloodshot as he told me, “You’re just a chess piece pointed in the wrong direction.”

I also dreamed the founder of our rival company reached out to me with a gentle smile. “Come work for me.”

After waking up, I looked at Lu Heng in the middle of a meeting and made a decision

Run.

But halfway through, a new dream told me that the villain I’d suspected had actually been taking the hits for everyone all along.

And the supposed benefactor I’d trusted was the one handing out the knives.

So here’s the problem

If the dreams are false, I can start over. But if they’re true, who should I save?
