Saruwatari Ryu was only eleven when she fled this godforsaken place with her master. Now, six years later, she has to return to this country, which is worse than an outhouse, for a mission she never wanted.

PS: This shares a universe with another novel I'm writing. That one flopped (though I'm still updating it), so I wanted to try writing in the web-novel style. This is just a trial run, and updates may be irregular.
Although the story is told from the female lead's perspective, I have absolutely no intention of shaping her as a "woman."
