In Qingqiu lives a girl named Jiayao, cherished by all and mistress of a forest of Yao blossoms. In Qingqiu lives a boy named Bai Feng, heir to the responsibilities of the young lord, guardian of the land.
She is a sweet, soft little fox, doted on by her older sisters and unaware of the world’s dangers. He is the only son, with no parents to rely on, and has borne the future of his people on his shoulders since childhood. In their carefree days together, he was her shield, and she was his light.
But when the pact between the immortals and demons breaks and Qingqiu falls into crisis, he must take up his sword and go to war, while she must shoulder the burden of healing despite her frail body.
When separation and the flames of war shatter their peace, and identity and destiny stand in their way, can their love cross the divide between life and death and bring broken Qingqiu back to the old dream called “staying together”?
The theme is romance, but there is danger hidden behind it. I hope Xiaojiu can finally get together with her brother Feng.
