I Transmigrated into a Book? My Best Friend and I Became the Female Lead's Nannies

[Transmigrate into a book + System + sweet romance + comedy + palace and household intrigue + irresistible chemistry]

[Wicked Empress × unhinged Regent]

[Disposable Noble Consort × aloof General]

Mu Wanhe and Gu Luoqing transmigrate into a book, one as the wicked empress and the other as a disposable noble consort.

System mission: Bring the original story's hero and heroine together, help the heroine give birth to a son, and they'll both be sent home if they succeed.

The two hear this and think it's easy. The empress arranges for the heroine to attend the emperor every night, while the noble consort sends fertility medicine to her palace every day. Later, the System has them make medicinal meals, sew scented sachets, and tailor new clothes for the heroine... Before long, the two have become her full-time nannies.

At last, the original heroine gets pregnant. The two wait eagerly, but she gives birth to a princess. Mission failed!

Mu Wanhe and Gu Luoqing are on the verge of collapse. “Damn System! We're done!”

The System announces a new mission: [Ding! Targets locked: Regent Di Xuanyi and Cavalry General Mu Yuche.]

The two are completely stunned. “What?!”

“You never said we'd have to romance men!”

“We're here to help the leads get together, not to fall in love!”

“It's inhuman! This System is truly inhuman!!!”

Later...

Mu Wanhe gazes at the regent's eight-pack abs. “...Well, I guess I could be persuaded.”

Gu Luoqing looks at the cavalry general's V-line. “...That actually looks pretty tempting.”

Forget the System's mission. First, let's get these two men for ourselves!

System: “Stop yelling at me! I found you the best men, didn't I?”

The two: “Shut up. We chose these men ourselves, so of course they're the best.”

P.S. The first part focuses on helping the original heroine get pregnant; the second part follows the two women as they pursue the male antagonists.
