The Twin Bells of the Immortal Realm

Shi Yin, a little immortal stone who guards the gates of Heaven, accidentally lets an evil demon loose upon the world. Though she does everything she can to make amends, one of the demon's clones still falls into the mortal realm. Shi Yin and Chi Ling descend to capture it, only to discover that the demon has already been reincarnated as a human.

After arriving in the mortal realm, Shi Yin decides that demons are everywhere, and the demon itself is hardly the point.

Who could have guessed that one demon would want peace for all under Heaven, an immortal would slaughter the cultivators of an entire sect, one cultivator would become a pawn, another demon would turn into a lovesick fool, and an emperor would actually want to build a ladder to Heaven?

Every last one of them demands an explanation from Shi Yin. With a lion's head covering her face, she falls into deep thought...
