First of all, this is not a zombie story.
The story still follows the Naruto setting, in an alternate timeline where Minato survives. I can't promise to make up for every regret; I just want to try writing about the career of newly appointed Hokage Minato Namikaze and Naruto's happy childhood with both parents alive. Honestly, I just want to read a Naruto story set in this kind of timeline, but nobody writes one for me, aside from that boring ninja tale Jiraiya wrote that Tsunade dreamed about, so I have to try writing it myself.

It greatly weakens the Nine-Tails, allowing Kushina to seal it again without a hitch. The Fourth Hokage's family makes it through the Nine-Tails' attack safely. Now, what will Minato do with his Hokage career, having been in office for only ten months?
