[Family Bonds and Romance] [Growth and Redemption] [Past Lives and Present]
This is a slow, steady rebirth story, not the kind of novel where everything comes easily.
There is no fixed protagonist. Each character is an individual in their own right.
It tells the story of three couples and their love across three lifetimes, from the present to ancient times.
A heads-up: there is a romance between two men.
The early parts are heartbreaking, but the later parts are incredibly sweet.
In their past lives, Song Yuan died for love, Song Nian and Zhou Huo both died, and Zhang Yan never married. Reborn in an instant, Zhang Yan must now find out how to save his family.
I found this book by accident. I didn't expect it to be the author's debut work. It was quite unexpected. Nowadays, there are quite a lot of novels about rebirth, but most of them are pretty boring. Although this book is about rebirth, it is not the kind of cool novel where the protagonist cheats. This is a group portrait novel. Regardless of past and present life, everyone's experience, life direction and choices in it are very consistent with common sense and logic. There are laughs and tears. It may be because it is his debut work. The author's writing style is indeed not outstanding, but the characterization and storyline are quite interesting. There are five children in the family with three surnames. The eldest sister is sensible and serious in work, and is courageous due to the influence of her father, a policeman; Life, two people redeem each other; the fourth child is innocent, simple but not love-minded; the fifth child has a rough past life, and has extreme emotions due to post-traumatic stress disorder, but he only has a soft spot for Song Nian... In addition to the protagonist and his family, I also love the role of Qin Wenli Personally, I quite like it. On the surface, he looks like a carefree young man, but in reality he has a clear distinction between love and hate. He is willing to lie dormant to avenge his mother, and is willing to quit for the sake of his lover's happiness... I will write whatever comes to my mind, haha. I want to share the different stories with you.
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has read my novel. It is my first time writing a novel, so I am a little nervous. I have had a novel dream since I was a child. But due to some reasons in real life, I didn't take any action. I recently quit my job and took care of my sick mother at home, so I had some free time, so I gave it a try. But because I haven't written for many years, I am also very dissatisfied with the writing. However, the story is beautiful. I hope everyone will continue to read it. I don't want to be a big hit, but just want to fulfill my little dream. You can provide your valuable suggestions and I will consider corrections as appropriate. Thank you, please pay attention, I love you, okay?
For a newbie, the writing is pretty good. The writing is average in the early stage, but the writing in the later stage is not bad, and the characters in it have distinct personalities. I personally like Qin Wenli in it. He dares to love and hate, and he lets go for love. It is very touching. Now that I have discovered that he has not had a good outcome in his two lifetimes, I look forward to a good outcome in the third volume. Kneel down and pray for Qin Wenli's happiness After reading it, the overall storyline is very touching and logical, without the exaggeration of other novels, and it is a novel with a sense of life. This ancient section is really unique!
It's not a cool novel, but the more you read it, the more interesting it becomes. The love stories of the protagonists each have their own merits.
Be sure to keep reading, there will be surprises. I fell into the trap first, and I will be the veteran from now on.
