Legends of the Han Scholars

A mischievous modern youth has his soul transported to the Eastern Han Dynasty, where he becomes Meng Qiu, a descendant of Mencius. He enters the Imperial University in Luoyang and awakens the Great Han Scholar System. From the bottom of the university to the greatest scholar under Heaven, from a poor student to an emperor’s mentor, he wields his brush as a sword and learning as its edge. He purges the eunuchs, reins in the powerful clans, reforms the administration, and improves the people’s lives. Amid the chaos at the end of the Eastern Han, he carves out a defiant path to revive the Han through scholarship! While others toil over their books in hopes of earning rank, he masters the Five Classics in an instant with his System and grasps the teachings of Mencius, using a modern perspective to break the deadlock of factional strife at the Imperial University and silencing the assembled scholars with his arguments. While others follow old rules and cling to outdated institutions, he draws on the strengths of a hundred schools and combines the wisdom of past and present, stirring the court’s political currents as a scholar and setting his sights on the revival of the Great Han!
