Supernatural Investigation Files

Hidden within the Hong Kong Police Force is a fringe department tasked with handling unsolved cases that "cannot be explained by science." It began as the "Evidence and Antiques Storage Room" and was later upgraded to the "Unsolved Cases Review Division." The department stores evidence from cases that have remained unsolved for years. Because it bears the resentment and obsessions of the dead, this evidence frequently triggers paranormal phenomena. The story's central premise is that every paranormal phenomenon stems from "human evil." The revenge and guidance of vengeful spirits are, at their core, attempts to expose the truth that has been concealed. The protagonists' mission is twofold: solve cases and guide spirits onward, uncovering the truth behind murders while resolving the spirits' obsessions.
