Heaven's Broke, So the Little Goddess Has Come Down to Make Some Money!

[Adorable child] [Travel between two worlds] [Wild imagination] [Everyone’s darling]

In the Age of Dharma Decline, spiritual energy has run dry, and the Heavenly Court goes bankrupt overnight!

The Jade Emperor flees to deliver takeout, the Queen Mother sets up a stall and dances, and three-and-a-half-year-old little goddess Yu Zhao is left behind, clutching a broken basin and gnawing on jade bricks at the Southern Heavenly Gate.

The Grand Supreme Elderly Lord has plucked out his beard and is chewing on his pill furnace. Nezha is so hungry he chops up his Wind Fire Wheels for firewood. The whole Heavenly Court is so poor it’s rattling!

Then Zhaozhao’s tears fall into the broken basin, and a fragrant bag of near-expiry little bread rolls appears…

From then on, glass marbles from a two-yuan shop are traded for Moon Palace fairy herbs, a bag of spicy snacks for a marrow-cleansing immortal pill, and expired cola makes the Dragon King weep as he offers up his luminous pearl.

The three-and-a-half-year-old bundle of joy carries a snakeskin sack between the two worlds, turning all the gods and Buddhas in the heavens into her employees.

One day, a modern-day billionaire discovers to his astonishment that the three-and-a-half-year-old ragpicker girl riding a mutt (Erlang Shen’s dog, Xiaotian) is actually the largest hidden tycoon in the Three Realms!

Meanwhile, in another parallel world, the Jade Emperor, delivering takeout and surviving on steamed buns, is still in tears over whether his daughter will get to eat a meat bun…
