Synopsis

I really have no experience with this. There’s way too much background setup, and I wrote the first three chapters without a hook →_→ Feels like all my ideas for what comes later have gone to waste.

The tyrant Xia Jie rules with an iron fist. The remnant soul of Xiangliu seeks to use the Nine Tripods to forge a new body, while the Heavenly Dao schemes to control humanity. The human race stands on the brink of annihilation!

Si Xuan, a young shaman of the Youhu clan, survives the night his people are wiped out. He carries the legacy of the shamanic path and commands the power of the earth’s ley lines.

Joining forces with Shang Tang, he slays Xiangliu, searches for the Nine Tripods, and wages war on Xia Jie. With a mortal’s body, he defies the will of Heaven!

When the remnants of Chaos are destroyed and the Heavenly Dao seeks to keep humanity penned like livestock, Si Xuan raises his arms and cries, “Heaven and earth shall be divided, and humans and gods shall each return to their proper place!”

Heaven and earth are forever separated. From then on, humans govern humans, gods govern gods, and humanity decides its own affairs!
