He rubs his brow helplessly while nervously shielding her, afraid this “human-shaped lure” will get herself killed.
The whole team adores their sweet and adorable young forensic doctor. The only one they don’t much care for is the captain beside her, who’s always wearing a hat and has an overwhelming possessive streak.
Xi Siyan adjusts the brim of his hat and asks with complete confidence, “Got a problem?”

The process of solving the case is well written and novel, and I want to keep reading. However, Po Wan did not specify the reason for the murder, and then the case was closed, which was a bit sudden.
This book is very good to read. I cried several times while reading it. There is just a lot of repetitive content. There are several paragraphs that I read several times 🤦
