Chen Ping, a top student in the Department of Modern History (who has the same name as Chen Ping in the Western Han Dynasty), accidentally traveled to the 20th year of the Qin Dynasty (227 BC). Relying on his thorough understanding of the history of the Qin Dynasty and his modern thinking, he started as a scholar of the Wei State who entered the Qin Dynasty. By proposing key measures such as "driving a wedge between the six kingdoms to unite", "improving weapons and agricultural tools", and "creating a secret reporting system", he quickly entered the vision of the King of Qin's victory and became a guest minister of the Qin State.
