Yukimura's Iris

Dual male leads: Yukimura Seiichi x Xue Qingyuan, both each other's first and only, Yukimura teaches at the school, three consecutive championships

Most of this novel consists of short stories. Note: For convenience, every character is named Xue Qingyuan, but the Xue Qingyuan in each volume belongs to a different story! Every volume is different. OOC warning! Things may differ from the original series. The stories are generally short and fast-paced. They are all sweet romances, though there may be angst along the way. The endings are always sweet~ There are currently no secondary couples, but that may change.

Volume One: (There are some timeline issues, so skip it if that bothers you.)

[On Xue Qingyuan's first day transferring to Rikkai University Junior High, he got lost on campus because he was so absent-minded.

“Need a hand?” A gentle voice came from behind him. He turned to see a boy with violet hair and a “Captain” badge pinned to his chest…

Later…

“Tennis or me? Which would you choose?” he once asked, half-joking.

But the other boy simply tightened his grip on an old tennis ball stitched with a crude design, his gaze burning bright. “Without tennis, there would be no us. But without you, tennis would mean nothing to me.”]

Volume Two

Prologue: Unless It's Xue Qingyuan

There was a saying at Rikkai University Junior High: Yukimura Seiichi's lover was tennis.

The girls in the art club would blush as they handed him love letters, only to receive his gentle refusal: “Sorry, I just want to focus on tennis right now.”

After a match, players from other schools would ask to exchange contact information. He would smile and show them his racket. “My lover is right here.”

Then, that April, someone appeared beneath the cherry blossoms.

Later, a new ironclad rule was added to the Rikkai tennis club: “Yukimura Seiichi's lover is tennis, unless that person is Xue Qingyuan.”
