Suspended from Duty from the Start, I Formed a Shadow Empire

The moment my suspension notice arrived, I activated the “Shadow Empire System.”

The Doctor, Sangbang, the Wolf Warriors Assault Team: the whole crew was here.

By day, I’m an inconspicuous, down-on-his-luck patrol officer.

By night, I’m the uncrowned king who controls both sides of the law in Kowloon.

Then one day, the Commissioner of Police clapped me on the shoulder. “Little Li, I’m counting on you to clean up West Kowloon!”

I smiled and saluted. “Yes, Sir!”

Then I turned around and issued an order on my brick phone: “Tonight, burn the ledger of the Commissioner’s wife’s gambling debts.”
