"Qin He" writes about busy farming, academic examinations, family dramas in the 1990s, nostalgia, and the political ecology at the grassroots level... I just want to construct a novel that is real and has a little bit of fantasy.
"Qin He" does not please, is not kitsch, does not pursue "coolness", but pursues truth and depth.
The modern society is reborn and travels through entertainment until death. The protagonist awakens in three chapters, takes revenge in five chapters, and dominates in ten chapters. The author himself is helpless and disgusted with these so-called market-oriented "industrial products." When people reach the age of thirty, they will unconsciously look back at the past. The real world allows fantasy, but the author is unwilling to indulge in fantasy. Allow suffering, but do not want to write suffering maliciously.
In reality, conspiracies and intrigues are only a very small part of the life of ordinary people. The life of ordinary people is more about firewood, rice, oil and salt. It is about parents getting older, children growing up, and relatives, friends and neighbors helping each other to keep warm.
I would like to write this book to commemorate my lost youth.
