That Year of the War, That Year of People

"That Year of War, That Year of People" is a national epic of the Republic of China. It takes the situation from the early Republic of China to the eve of liberation as the scene, and writes about the fate and inheritance in troubled times. The novel is based on the Jia family of merchants and the Kong family of gentry.
