The Canary and the Wolf

Lin Chen

CEO of Chenxing Group, commanding half the business world and a ruthless figure who sends shivers through the world of finance.

Personality: alluring and arrogant, wild and unrestrained. He acts swiftly, decisively, and ruthlessly, showing no mercy. Possessiveness is etched into his bones. Cold and violent toward the outside world, he has no limits when it comes to indulging Jing Shao. He's a lone wolf who keeps Jing Shao like a canary, yet willingly lets the canary wrap him around their finger.

Jing Shao

A star surgeon at a top-tier hospital, an amateur joke-maker, and a well-known online blogger famous for witty one-liners.

Born to crack jokes, he is sharp-tongued and quick with a punchline, with a gift for making people laugh. He may seem like a pampered canary, but he's perceptive and clear-headed, soft on the outside and strong within. He takes on the world and gives domineering CEOs a piece of his mind, yet goes soft only for Lin Chen. He's the little ray of sunshine who can tame a wild wolf.
