I'm a human being, so let's just think of it this way.
The early years were endless. I never knew who I was, where I was born, and where I was going. The world is vast and chaotic, and the years are endless. I am like a rootless grain of sand in the wind, a helpless duckweed on the river, and like a shadow with no beginning or end, no sorrow or joy, drifting and lonely.
I have nothing, and I have no thoughts. I have no scheming, I don't know what scheming is, I don't deal with selfish interests, let alone calculations for gains and losses; I have no sense of honor and disgrace, I don't know the difference between superiority and inferiority, I won't be happy when I get praise, I won't be angry when I'm slighted, and the praise and criticism in the world, to me, is just the wind blowing in my ears, leaving no trace.
I have no obsessions, no desires, and even my emotions and emotions are indifferent, as if I am outside the world, just a passerby watching indifferently.
I have walked through mountains, rivers, lakes and seas, seen the changes of the four seasons, met all kinds of people, and experienced all kinds of things. Some people are running endlessly for fame and wealth, some are tossing and turning over love and hatred, some are fighting to the death, and some are clinging to their obsessions to the end of their lives. I never participate or intervene, I just stand quietly, watching and learning silently, trying to understand the rules of this world bit by bit, to understand the warmth and warmth of human relationships, and to understand the joys and sorrows and desires of all living things.
Don't be attached to life, don't be in love with life, don't be trapped in emotions, and don't disturb the world. In this way, as a passer-by, I saw all kinds of things in the world, and slowly pieced together my own understanding of this world.
