You Call Me a Treacherous Minister? A Million Soldiers Hail Me as a Sage

Chu Tianxing transmigrates into the Great Qian dynasty, becoming the most powerful and universally despised mad, treacherous minister in the land!

The realm is in chaos, drought has ravaged the land, and corpses of the starving lie everywhere. The court officials and great clans hoard supplies, while the puppet young empress would love nothing more than to carve him into a thousand pieces.

Luckily, he awakens the Tyrant Logistics System. As long as he acts cruelly, he can summon invincible soldiers and exchange points for an endless supply of divine provisions!

So he tears off all pretense.

He sends troops to confiscate estates, uprooting century-old clans; then he sets up a huge bronze cauldron in front of the imperial palace. The court officials think he plans to boil them alive, and nearly die of terror!

But the truth is

Using the gold and silver seized from those estates, he personally cooks Michelin-star-quality braised pork in that enormous pot for a million frontier soldiers on the brink of freezing and starving to death!

When steaming bowls of meat soup are brought before the despairing troops, the million-strong army weeps and erupts:

“Lord Chancellor is willing to bear the blame of the ages and play the villain just so we can have a full meal!”

“Anyone who dares lay a hand on the Chancellor will find us marching on the palace and wiping out every great clan in the land!”

Watching the million-strong army of fanatical, loyal warriors outside the city, then looking at the exquisite scallion-oil noodles Chu Tianxing has “given” her, the young empress’s whole worldview collapses:

“The entire court is made up of bloodsuckers. Could it be that the greatest treacherous minister under heaven is the only true savior?!”
