→I shouldn't have tried to sound so refined. The title shouldn't be Hidden Fragrance. It should be The Grave Robber: The Clan Leader's Fierce Wife Runs Away Pregnant, or Pregnant Woman Raids Tombs, or The Clan Leader Regrets It After She Runs Away! (Hanging from the Ceiling)←
Qiu Dekao presented her as an exquisite gift to the mysterious Zhang clan leader.
For the first five years, Zhang Qiling gave her knowledge, an education, and protection, making her mistake it all for salvation. She learned his fighting techniques and his mechanisms, and even got into the university he had once mentioned. Then she saw the truth: she was nothing more than a bird kept in a gentler cage, and every gift came with a price tag set by power.
So she ran. Using the skills he had taught her, she evaded his every watchful eye and vanished into the vast snowy mountains.
But she never expected that escaping an elegant cage would mean leaping into an even crueler wilderness. Penniless, pregnant, hunted through the snow and wind, she feigned madness in a mining district, fought beggars for food, and dragged her still-recovering body after childbirth into ancient tombs just to earn enough to buy milk for her baby. The only person by her side was Liu Sang, an unusually hard-of-hearing homeless boy she had taken in.
She thought this was how her life would be: struggling through the muck to carve out a way to survive, and burying the past for good.
Until one snowy night, the trackers' hounds cornered her. She held a knife to her throat, blood staining the snow, when the sound of an engine tore through the icy wind.
He had come.
Not to save her, but to confront her.
Zhang Qiling watched her hurt herself without hesitation to protect the presence inside the stone cave behind her. He looked at the gift who had once depended on him, now wearing an expression colder than the snow-covered mountains.
It's very interesting, although it has nothing to do with the original work. You can skip the underwater tomb. The author followed the original plot in the first 30 chapters, which is a bit dissuasive. The latter part and Liu Sang's bottom-level survival are very interesting. I like it very much!!! You can jump directly to the end of Dance of the Gods to watch!!!
Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome
Beautiful, just two words. You can see the introduction scene tomorrow, I'm really looking forward to it (*^o^*)
