In 1919, under Wilhelm II's strong leadership, Germany somehow emerged victorious in the First Continental War. As the smoke of battle cleared, the world began to stray from the OTL timeline. In the blink of an eye, ten years passed. After being struck dead by lightning, Andreas transmigrated to the German Empire at the end of 1928.

In this world's timeline, the great powers such as Britain and France long for their former glory and refuse to accept their defeat in the Great War. The United States is desperate to break free of the predicament brought on by isolationism and challenge the old order under Germany's shadow. Beneath the frozen Siberian soil in Russia, the embers could flare into blazing fires at any moment, consuming Europe and Asia. Yet how fortunate Germany is to have Comrade Andreas leading it down a path no one had ever imagined. Proletarians of the world, unite!
