It's unbearably hot in S City in midsummer, and the "big refrigerator" in the indoor ski resort has become a cool and pure place. Independent photographer Mu Xue came here to shoot a documentary about ordinary people skiing. On the first day, she lost control and almost hit someone. She was saved by Cheng Xiao, a former World Cup ski champion and coach who retired due to a knee injury. In panic, she pressed the shutter to freeze the moment when the two met.
After that, Mu Xue chased Cheng Xiao to take pictures, while Cheng Xiao patiently taught her skiing, from basic braking to edge changing, and the distance between the two gradually grew closer. Mu Xue recorded Cheng Xiao's true appearance three years after he retired, and also helped him regain his love for skiing.
A group of lovely people gathered around them, including Gu Yan, Su Nian, Chen Hai, Qin Ye, Lin Ting and others, sliding from S City to Jiangjun Mountain, Hemu, and Coco Tuohai, going through twists and turns, laughing and playing. Four pairs of lovers crawl forward in the snow season, bringing their past to the snow field to find themselves in the ice and snow. Snow falls and everything is reborn. This winter, they all met a better version of themselves.
This is not only a delicate and touching emotional novel about skiing, but also a very practical work about popularizing skiing knowledge for the majority of ski enthusiasts or novices who plan to enter the field of skiing.

As a senior ski enthusiast, I believe that most skiers will have experienced every ski "slang" and ski joke in this novel [laughs][laughs]
