One Piece: I Am the Will of the Sea, a Brother-Obsessed Protector

Luo Ya transmigrated into the world of One Piece, became a mysterious orphan adopted by Garp, and awakened the [Will of the Sea System].

Are Devil Fruits a curse from the sea?

No! They are power stolen from the sea! And Luo Ya is the true master of these oceans!

An absolute Seastone force field, the crushing pressure of the deep sea ten thousand meters below, the ability to strip away Devil Fruit powers at the touch of a button…

To keep his three younger brothers from getting beaten up when they went out to sea, Luo Ya began “Deep-Sea Hell Training” in Foosha Village.

Luffy: “Don’t throw me into the sea! The Sea Kings are going to bite me!”

Ace: “What kind of sane person trains his Fire Fist ten thousand meters underwater?!”

A few years later, the Paramount War erupted.

When Luo Ya arrived at Marineford atop a gigantic Sea King, bringing the pressure of the deep sea ten thousand meters below, every Devil Fruit User in the world felt as if they were suffocating.

He pressed the Three Admirals into the sea with one finger, where they thrashed and gulped down water.

Akainu cried out in despair, “Why won’t my magma ignite underwater?!”

Kaido fled that very night in tears. “Don’t stop me! I’d rather jump off a cliff than go to his deep-sea spa!”

Standing above the vast ocean, Luo Ya looked down at Sengoku. “I heard you’re going to execute my younger brother?”
