The writing is quite good, and the writing style is okay, but the combination of Kamen Rider and Pokémon is a bit unpopular, so not many people watch it, and the plot is a bit immature. In some places, it feels like the reading is not smooth, and it goes by a bit too fast. I hope the author can stick to it.
The subject matter is interesting, the villain's IQ is online, and at least it really portrays the character of Team Rocket. However, some details are not handled properly. Other than that, it is great. I would give it nine out of ten.
