Urging the Guest to Leave

(Not a wish-fulfillment story + ensemble cast + cultivation)

(Female lead: Liu Feiyue. Male lead: Mu Xianxiao)

When little Liu was three, her parents sold her for a dozen or so copper coins. Her master brought her back to Xiu Tian Que and read her fortune. The divination said, “A death calamity draws near. Follow the moon.”

So she became Liu Feiyue.

Over the next ten years, she rose from an outer sect disciple to a personal disciple, and found herself with older brothers and sisters once again.

She thought, from now on, she would spend every year with them.

Later, she went down the mountain.

Only then did she learn that, both on the mountain and beyond, all living things experience waxing and waning, joy and sorrow.

Note: HE, but the ending is rather subtle.
