Four Daughters and a Widow

After her husband dies, she and her four daughters fight to survive.

From a rural widow to a businesswoman in Guangdong, she braves one bloody struggle after another.

In middle age, she remarries her late husband’s cousin and has a child in her later years.

Outsiders see her as successful; her daughters think she’s foolish.

She believes she has finally found someone to rely on, unaware that the man beside her in bed has already set his sights on her factory.

She has spent her life relying on herself to beat fate. Can she also prevail against the schemes of others?
