Republican Era: Raising a German-Armed Army to Defend Shanghai from the Warlords

In 1924, the thirteenth year of the Republic of China, Chen Zijun, who transmigrated a year ago, finally returns to Shanghai after winning the Jiangsu-Zhejiang War. He begins to take stock of this land and make serious preparations for the fifteen years of resistance against Japan that lie ahead.

He hopes that on the first day of the Battle of Shanghai, when the Japanese devils' Combined Fleet and army divisions arrive, they will be confronted by 356 mm coastal fortress guns, more than a dozen towering Shanghai air-defense towers, and thirty or forty fully equipped German-style divisions...

In this era, where people live in misery and are treated worse than dogs, why be a beast of burden when you can be a warlord?

A warlord's word is law. I am the law!

The rules I set are the rules. Who's for it, and who's against it?

Got a problem with that? Take it up with my fully equipped German-style army divisions...
