Soulburn: A Strange Battle

When the ancient Jianmu tree collapsed, the divine essence of all living beings scattered across the mortal world. Su Wang and Wen Heng, descendants of that divine essence, were once close friends who cultivated side by side. But when the evil spirits of the Netherworld set their sights on them, the two were drawn into a cataclysm that had been unfolding for countless ages.

The Ghost King pursues them. The Soul Jade seals are weakening, and Youji, the supreme ruler of the Demon Realm who has been dormant for a thousand years, is about to break free. One wields crimson-gold spiritual fire to burn away the Netherworld's resentment; the other holds the spiritual energy of green wood to sustain life in the world. When the seals on all five Soul Jades are broken one by one, and the secret of creation comes to light, they finally realize that the spark that ignited this war among the Three Realms was the drop of divine essence flowing through their own veins.

United in heart, they can shatter every snare; walking together, they can save all beings.

This is the descendants' rise against the odds, and a desperate journey from the Netherworld's dead end back to the light of the mortal world.
