The night the blood moon appeared, the psychiatric hospital was the first to go mad.
An impossible patient appeared in Ward 307. The long-sealed thirteenth floor lit up again in the early hours of the morning, and the announcement system at the end of the corridor called out the names of staff on duty. Some people glanced back and dropped dead on the spot. Others did nothing at all, yet seemed to have broken some invisible rule and were dragged into the darkness, vanishing without a trace.
Everyone thought it was a power outage, a hallucination, or mass hysteria.
Only Lu Chen, a night-shift orderly, knew this was no accident at the hospital. The place was turning into a real rule-based nightmare.
Because ever since the blood moon appeared, something new had entered his vision.
He could see hidden rules, as well as the death warnings above everyone’s heads.
[Do not answer any calls from the corridor after 2 a.m.]
[Do not look directly at the extra patient in Ward 307 for more than three seconds.]
[If the elevator stops on the thirteenth floor, do not count the doors.]
With eyes that could see through deadly traps, Lu Chen had no choice but to keep the survivors alive while searching for a way out of the hospital.
But when he finally neared the exit, he discovered that this hospital might not be the only place that had become a nightmare scenario.
