The story is told mainly from the uke’s perspective!
A timid-at-heart, aloof-on-the-outside master × a seemingly sweet but secretly ruthless disciple who later becomes a crybaby.
There is no forced love. Every one of Ling Yan’s advances is guided by Feng Qingyan’s feelings. He adjusts himself to suit what Feng Qingyan likes. Basically, he just wants to be the only one in his beloved’s eyes.
The early chapters are wholesome; things heat up once they confirm their feelings.
The couples in this novel are all different, but they have one thing in common: pure love.
On the first day after transmigrating into a book as a cannon-fodder master, Feng Qingyan had one goal: survive.
His disciple, Ling Yan, had been tormented by him for a month and was already on the hit list.
He made up his mind: raise his favorability, cling to a powerful ally, and keep his head down until the ending.
But his disciple’s gaze grew increasingly strange: from wary to testing, then to… “Qingyan, aren’t we in love with each other?”
Feng Qingyan: When did you figure that out?
But somewhere in this world, there was another transmigrator, one with a System, who had come specifically to steal his disciple’s destiny.
He would guide the antagonist onto the righteous path to godhood and seize the Immortal Venerable’s position from the chosen one.
And Feng Qingyan himself wasn’t actually a cannon-fodder master, either.
Under the pressure of the Heavenly Dao, the two of them would ultimately find their happy ending.
Ling Yan: “Master, I love you. I want to marry you.”
Feng Qingyan leaned back on the chaise longue and used his fan to tilt Ling Yan’s chin up. “Then show me how sincere you are.”
I came across this by accident, maybe it was luck. I like your description of the experience of each character. I like the female characters you portrayed, and I also like the other CPs you portrayed. I rarely see the kind of mutual respect between the main CPs. What touches me even more is the sentence you wrote that sexual orientation is determined by the person you like, not the person you like. The author hopes you will get better and better. Come on.
I really like the emotions written by the author. It's this kind of getting closer and closer, and it's worth reading if you like slow-burning stories.
Looks good, looks good, looks good!!! Can the author write 20 chapters a day 🥰
