One Piece: My Devil Fruit Can Be Leveled Up and Fused

[Fruit takes human form + top-tier Three Types of Haki + multiple Devil Fruits + from earthworm to black dragon]

Transmigrate to the world of One Piece and get a Devil Fruit for free? Sounds great.

But Wang Li’s fruit is a black dragon that runs around on its own. From the start, it’s only as big as an earthworm, and it doesn’t even have any powers.

Even worse: a death trial is waiting for him on the seventh day.

Fortunately, he has two cheat abilities:

First, the black dragon can eat Devil Fruits and inherit the talents of the fruits it consumes. It can also eat Sea Kings, and the bigger they are, the bigger it grows.

Second, Wang Li’s Haki talent is maxed out, and the System can even boost his training.

And so…

In the first seven days, he survives the trial by the skin of his teeth.

For the first three months, the Marines chase him all over the world. Wanted posters are everywhere, and my face is plastered all over them.

Three months later, the black dragon evolves from an earthworm into a serpentine dragon, and I can finally take on Marine Branch bases head-on.

In the tenth month, I go straight to the enemy and wipe out the headquarters of the fleet that’s been chasing me the hardest.

One year later…

The sky above Marineford suddenly darkens, and so does the sea.

It’s not a storm cloud. It’s a shadow.

A hundred-meter black dragon bursts through the clouds, its roar shattering the windows of three towers.

Wang Li stands atop the dragon’s head, looking down at the Marine officers who once made him run until his legs gave out.

“No need to tear down the wanted posters.” Wang Li lights a cigarette.

“Just add a new photo: the guy riding the dragon.”
